Political and Hospitable: Engaging Neighbors

This past October, in conjunction with the recent 2025 Symposium on the Theological Interpretation of Scripture, North Park Theological Seminary hosted a panel discussion titled “Political and Hospitable: Engaging Neighbors.” It explored how churches can embody genuine, neighborly love in today’s polarized political climate.
Panelists engaged in a thought-provoking dialogue on the intersections of faith, hospitality, and politics, addressing mutual hospitality in immigration policy and confronting white Christian nationalism within the church.
